Windows XP now sports a new exciting user interface with
nice looking controls and window borders and even themes. But, not all
applications make use of these UI enhancements, either because they were written
before Windows XP was released, or because the programmers writing these
programs didn't put this functionality.
Mizo - XP Themer solves this problem. It allows you to add
Win XP's visual enhancements to these programs, and it even allows these
programs to use Win XP's current theme style. Even Office XP benefits from this
program (try it on Outlook XP and watch the Outlook Bar XPied).

Visual Basic 6 Runtime Files
Mizo - XP Themer was developed using Visual Basic
6. Therefore it needs the Visual Basic 6 runtime files to operate.
Since these files are huge (approx. 1 MB), I have not added them
to the standard installation program. The VB6 runtime files may already be
present on your system, in that case you will not need to download them.
First download the program and try it out . If starts then you don't need
the VB6 runtime files. If doesn't run, you will need to come back to
this page and download the VB6 runtime files separately from
here.
